Bio: Pastor Rick Cooper

Rick Cooper is Senior Pastor of Touch of Life Church, Warsaw, Indiana. He was raised in a Home Mission Pastor’s home. He graduated from L. D. Bell High School in Ft. Worth, Texas. He went on to graduate from Wide World of Truth Ministries College. He was also one of the Young Elders of Truth Church, a congregation of 3000 members. In 1979, Pastor Cooper moved to Warsaw, Indiana to become Youth Pastor of the Gospel Tabernacle now Touch of Life Church. In 1982 a Christian school, New Life Christian Academy, was began, where Rick served as Principal for nine years. He and his family were led to relocate to San Antonio, Texas, where he was an Associate Pastor at Daystar Church for two years. Moving back to Warsaw in 1994, he assisted his Father-in-law as Associate Pastor and was then ordained as Senior Pastor in 1995, where he serves in that capacity today. He is also associated with the I.M.A.- International Ministerial Association. He has received a Counseling Certification. He serves as Pastor/Administrator of Touch of Life Academy in Desarmes, Haiti. Presently there are 125 students in that private Christian Academy. Also, Pastor Rick serves as Committee Chairman for Camp Destiny, a family camp that ministers to 250-350 annually. A new church plant has been initiated in the Indy area  – Touch of Life Church, Fishers, where he will be the Apostle, with a goal of other church plants in the future. Pastor Cooper has a real heart and vision for Missions and has been a guest speaker to many churches and camps.
